a.flatten(2) # => [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
a = [ 0, [ 1, [2, 3], 4 ], 5 ]
a.flatten(3) # => [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
With no argument, a
nil
argument, or with negative argument level
